When will my order arrive?
Our ready-made orders dispatch time is usually 1-2 days. Tracking details will be sent to the customer post-dispatch of the order. The delivery time can take 3-7 days, depending on your location in the country. Most orders are delivered within 4-5 working days.
What are your shipping charges?
We provide free shipping on all orders. No minimum order value. No extra charges for COD payment. In short, no terms and conditions apply.
My order has arrived damaged. What to do?
We double-check the products before packing. We bubble wrap the product from all sides and after packing, we put the product in a container box to avoid any kind of damage. We pack the products very carefully so that the products do not get damaged while shipping. But in case of a very rare instance of items getting damaged in transit, please send us damaged product images/videos at hello[at]unkommon.in within 3 days of delivery. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item.
We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. In case we cannot provide you with an alternate replacement, we will provide you with a refund of the order value. Please make sure that the original product packing are intact when you send us the product.
I don’t like the product as much OR I have changed my mind OR I don’t want to keep the product. What to do?
If unfortunately, you decide to not keep the product, please inform us via mail at hello[at]unkommon.in within 3 days of delivery and we will initiate the return process.
Once we receive the product, we would inspect it and issue you a coupon code of the same product value within 7 days of receiving your return. You can shop for that amount anytime in the future.
How do I cancel my order?
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order by mailing us at hello[at]unkommon.in, mentioning your order ID.
– If we receive your cancellation request before we have dispatched your order, we will refund the entire amount within 7 working days of the date of cancellation, for prepaid/online payment orders.
– If we receive your cancellation request AFTER your order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
